AIR — Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 20, 2026

TL;DR: AIR does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Everything the app knows — your rules, schedules, and progress — lives only on your device. We have no servers, no accounts, no analytics, and no ads.

Who we are

AIR is developed by Lucrezia Canevari, an independent developer. Contact for anything privacy-related: airappsupport@gmail.com

What we collect

Nothing. AIR has no user accounts, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no advertising, and no third-party data sharing. The app never sends your data to us or to anyone else.

Screen Time and app blocking

AIR uses Apple’s Screen Time frameworks (Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity) to block the apps you choose, with your explicit permission.

These frameworks are designed by Apple so that developers cannot see your data: the apps you select are represented by anonymous tokens that AIR can use to apply limits but cannot read or identify. Your app usage, the apps you block, and your Screen Time information are processed entirely on your device by the operating system. None of it is ever transmitted to us.

Data stored on your device

To work, AIR keeps the following information locally on your device only:

This data never leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it. AIR does not back this data up to any server; it may be included in your own device backups (iCloud or local), which are governed by Apple’s privacy policy and are not accessible to us.

Purchases and subscriptions

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, payment details, or billing information. AIR only checks, on the device, whether an active subscription exists in order to unlock the app. Apple’s handling of purchase data is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Children

AIR is a self-control tool intended for adults managing their own screen time. It is not directed at children, and since it collects no data, it collects no data from children.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar laws, you have rights over your personal data — including access, correction, deletion, and portability. Because AIR does not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is typically nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete; the data on your device is under your direct control.

If you have any question or request, contact us at airappsupport@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

Changes to this policy

If AIR ever changes in a way that affects your privacy (for example, if a future version adds optional analytics), we will update this policy before the change ships and note the new effective date here. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or in the App Store release notes.
